The sign-up period for the 57cultural and artistic courses offered bythe“Casa de Porras” University Cultural Centreis nowopen (until 17 January), with courses commencing on the 20 January and running until March 2020. This semester the courseshave been grouped into eight thematic categories.

Therangeon offer this term is more extensive than ever, encompassingcourses oncontemporary dance, flamenco, tango,creative writing, theatre and drama, 3D art, robotics, photography, painting, drawing,potteryand ceramics, yoga, chi kung,hiking, agroecology,sign language, and scriptwriting, to mention just a few of the 57 courses available.

Ӱԭ the“Casa de Porras” University Cultural Centre

The “Casa de Porras” University Cultural Centre works intensively throughout the year to promote cultural activities in Granada. Itstrives to enable students to gain new skills in a challenging and engaging learning environment. Additionally, the Centreholds exhibitions and offers members of the University community and the public alikethe opportunity to display their artwork free of charge, set up courses and workshops, and hold seminars.

Please not that due to refurbishments currently taking place at "La Casa de Porras", this term the courses will be offered at the "Palacio del Almirante" Palace in the Albaicín. The sign-up period will close on 17 Januaryand courses will start on20 January.

You can also obtain an official certificate from“La Casa de Porras” to prove that you took part in each course, provided that you attendat least 80% of classes.
