How to request a deferred assessment session due toÌýCovid-19
1. REPORT YOUR SITUATION
YouÌýmust report your situation to the Health and Risk Prevention Service (SPRL) of the UGR. You can do so via this link:Ìý

2. ATTACH ONE OF THESE DOCUMENTS TO YOUR REQUEST FOR DEFERRED ASSESSMENT:
â–ºÌýReportÌýfrom theÌýHealth and Risk Prevention Service (SPRL) of the UGR
â–ºÌýReportÌýon the result of aÌýSARS-CoV-2 virus test (PCR or antigen test)
â–º If you do not have either of these documents, you must attach aÌýdeclaration of responsibilityÌýindicating the situation that justifies the deferred assessment session due to Covid-19, using the standard form.

The supporting documents must be sent to the department director (or departments in the case of courses delivered by several departments) or to the programme coordinator in the case of master's degrees,Ìýprior to the deferred assessment session.
If theÌýsymptoms associated with COVID-19 occur in the hours just beforeÌýthe exam,Ìýthe form and supporting documents must be sent within 5 working daysÌýafter the exam/assessment session.
